Q: WHERE IS YOUR COMPANY?
A: We have one Anime Product design Company in Guangzhou of China.
   The address: Room 1103, E Building, International Toy Wholesale Plaza, Yide Road, Guangzhou, China.
   And we have one wholesale store.
   The address: #5B004, 5 Flat, Wanling Plaza, Jiefang South Road, Guangzhou, China.
   We have one small factory in Changan Town of Duangguan City, China.
   If you come our country, you can visit our company or wholesale store, we will do our best to help you.

Q: How to order?
A: You can send email or place one order on our website. Then we will finish the price list according to your choice.

Q: Why don't show the price information on your website?
A: Because it is one wholesale business and it is easy to enter our website for any people including your customers, it is good for your business.
And we offer the different price to different partners. You know we are also one producer. So we have one big risk to stock those goods. Usually we get them goods in bulk. If they cannot be sold out, we will have one big loss. So the selling quantity is very important for the wholesalers. We have to charge different fee according to different customers and orders. Mainly the price is based on the order quantity.

Q: Why are some items out of stock?
A: You know the change is very fast in the anime product business. Some items come very fast, and disappear fast too. For example, in order to avoid the big bulk producing risk, we make 500 pcs orders to the factories. Then the factories produce them for us. Sometimes it is very slow to sell all of them out. But sometimes it is successful and sold out soon.

Q: Why don't remove the items out of stock?
A: If some one make one big order such as 500 pcs each kind, we will produce them again. Even if they have been out of stock, we can still produce them again. But it will take about 10-20 days to finish the producing.

Q: I paid all items. If I found some items have not been arrived, how to do then?
A: In fact at first all payment is prepaid one. After we send the goods out, we will make out one final list including the price and total cost information. If there are any different, we will let you pay it or we can refund the difference to you.

Q: If some items is not with good quality or damaged during the shipping, what compensation is on it.
A: If you found the poor quality or damaged items, you can send email to us. Then we will check the goods or your photo, and finish the compensation.

Q: How to pay the shipping cost?
A: We offer the price not including any shipping fee in it. You have to afford all shipping fee. We have our good shipping agent in China. Usually we can help you save the shipping cost. If you choose our shipping company, you should pay the money to us on the same time you pay the goods. And you also choose one shipping company in your country and pay the shipping cost in your country. You can tell them our city information, and usually they have one office in our city (Guangzhou).

Q:What shipping rate is it?
A: If you choose our shipping company, we can offer a few different method.
One is air cargo. It is cheap to any country. But you have to make one more than 100 KG orders if you choose air cargo. Each KG is about 4-6USD to USA or Canada. Different price according to different airport. Only when we send them out, we can confirm the final price.
One is by express company such as EMS, UPS or Fedex ect. But you have to choose the right one according to your country. Usually EMS is good choice. The main goods is with one big volume and EMS will charge the fee according to the actual weight, not according to the volume weight. But the UPS and the other express company will charge the fee according to the volume weight. Because they will be one light goods, the volume weight will be bigger than actual weight. If your order is more than 21KG, we can get one big price from our shipping agent on EMS. Each KG is about USD8.60-8.90 to USA. And it is most expensive to South America. It is USD17.10-20.10 to South America. About the others express company, the shipping rate is about USD9.00-10.00 to EU country if the weight is more than 21KG. Need to ask us about the shipping rate details. It must be according to your country.

Q: Is it safe to get them?
A: According to our exprience, most of them can arrive safely. Don't worry about it. We can introduce one safe method to send the goods. And avoid some items in the different time and different country. For example, To Spain, the customs is very hard for cloth and plush products from China. We will suggest the EMS method. They can arrive safely. If we choose UPS or Fedex, there will be some trouble in Spain customs. For example, in the last month, we also stop to send the T shirt products to Canada because in those time the customs have one hard rule on those products. If there are any trouble during the shipping, we will do our best to help you finish the picking. If they cannot pass the customs, they will be returned to us. And we will share the loss with you.

Q: What is the tax in our country?
A: You need to ask your local government or any agent. But usually the tax is based on the goods value. So in order to help you avoid the tax, we will reduce the value on the invoice. You can show the invoice to your customs. But mainly according to your country customs.

Q: I don't know whether you can send them to our country?
